Material:
2 mackerel fish, clean it
1 lemon
1 tomato, cut into pieces
6 basil stalks
4 bay leaves
5 whole chili fruit intact
salt to taste
banana leaf
Fine Material:
6 shallots
4 cloves garlic
5 candlenuts
6 red chilies are critical
How to make :
Smear the salt fish & lime juice, leave for 15 minutes.
Mix the fine spices with, salt, bay leaves, basil leaves, whole cayenne pepper & tomato slices.
Smear the fish with spices until blended, then banana leaves.
Steamed until cooked.
